Investment Advice

MINIMISING RISKS, MAXIMISING REWARDS.

Risk and reward are directly correlated. Never is this true more than when talking about investments. We understand that our clients want to make their money work as hard for them as they did for it but to make an investment based on potential reward without considering the associated risk is unwise.

Seeking professional independent financial advice will help you clarify the risks associated with investing enabling you to make an informed decision whilst dramatically reducing the risk of making the wrong choice.

Here at Quantum Wealth Planning we pride ourselves in being able to deliver holistic financial advice that balances the needs and objectives of our clients against the potential risk our clients are prepared to accept in order to meet their goals.

Whether you are interested in multi-asset, risk managed, target date or ethical fund-based investing, our independent financial advisers are perfectly positioned to give you a broad and concise overview of all the investment opportunities currently available.

Speak with one of our advisers today to find out how you can best invest in your future.

*THE VALUE OF INVESTMENTS CAN FALL AS WELL AS RISE.

The Cost Of Inflation

Did you know?

Throughout 2021, the rate of inflation (rising cost of living) stood at 2.52%. The average interest rate of a deposit account was 0.35%. If you were to hold £100,000 in a savings account for 1 year (assuming these figures remained static), you would actually be £2,170 poorer despite an increased balance of £100,350. This is due to the rate of inflation and illustrates why investment products may be a better option when trying to maintain or improve your standard of living over the long term.

Investment Wrappers

Did you know?

Most people think of investments as a particular fund or portfolio of stocks. Whilst these are certainly types of investment, not many people know that there are several different ways you can buy the same fund or stock. The type of wrapper you invest through will dictate the tax position of your investments and with careful planning, wrapper choice can dramatically reduce the tax payable on an investment. The two most common wrappers people have heard of are Pensions and Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs).

Your ISA Allowance

Did you know?

The annual ISA allowance for the 2022/23 tax year is £20,000. Savings in an Individual Savings Account (ISA) are free of UK tax. Any income you receive from investments in a Stocks and Shares ISA does not have to be declared to HMRC and any capital gains that are received on the sales of assets within an ISA are Capital Gains Tax (CGT) exempt. Have you utilised your ISA allowance for this tax year?
